Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jz186 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at jz186.io and through the jz186 mobile application (collectively, "the Platform"). • You are accessing the Platform as an individual (natural person) on your own behalf, not as an agent for any other party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jz186 or had your account permanently closed by jz186 for any reason.
• You are acting in your own name and are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to financial sanctions.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests. jz186 will request one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days as proof of address; and, where payment is made via mobile financial services, confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account is registered in the player's own name. • Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person

jz186 actively monitors accounts and transactions for suspicious patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected, jz186 will take immediate action including account suspension, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits jz186's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. jz186's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Amendments & Account Termination

jz186 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing updated Terms on the Platform. Material changes will be communicated to players via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or to address security concerns.

Account Closure by the Player: You may close your jz186 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified account balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements or pending investigation.

Account Termination by jz186: jz186 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• jz186 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• The player's account is identified as belonging to an individual under the age of 21
• The player has initiated a chargeback claim with their payment provider
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jz186

Where an account is terminated by jz186 for reasons other than a breach of Terms, verified balances will be returned to the player. Where termination is the result of a Terms breach, jz186 may withhold balances pending investigation and applicable legal proceedings.
